Saturday Morning Tai-Chi

Join Master Li for Tai-Chi, an ancient art of health and longevity on select Saturday mornings at 9AM. You will learn traditional practices of breathing, postures, stretching, and health from a longt-time practitioner of the Emei and Wudang styles in a relaxed session. This free class includes a warmup and discussion on the art and culture of Daoist Tai-Chi. Seated options are also available so come join us.

    i would like to come this Saturday. what clothing and shoes should i wear?

      Hi Barbara. Dress for tai chi is casual, whatever you might be comfortable exercising in.
