The mission of the Friends of the Bay Spring Community Center, FBSCC, is to foster a community spirit and to engage and enrich Barrington by bringing neighbors together through a variety of social, artistic, cultural and educational activities.
We do this by providing and facilitating programs to meet community needs; providing space for other individuals and organizations who serve the residents of Barrington.
