The mission of the Friends of the Bay Spring Community Center, FBSCC, is to foster a community spirit and to engage and enrich Barrington by bringing neighbors together through a variety of social, artistic, cultural and educational activities. 

We do this by providing and facilitating programs to meet community needs and by providing space for other individuals and organizations who serve the residents of Barrington.
